Face The World Foundation (FTW) is a non-profit educational and cultural exchange organization based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Since 1980, FTW has promoted global learning and exchange by offering opportunities for international high school students to experience life in the U.S. The goal of cultural exchange program is to provide students, host families, schools, and communities with a quality experience that will not only enhance personal growth, but also will establish lasting friendships.

If your heart and mind are open to inviting an international high school student into your home. The experience for both can be enriching and memorable. Students benefit from living with native people in a supportive home environment, practising English and learning about everyday life in their chosen country. You and your household, meanwhile, gain friends from all over the world, find out about other customs, cultures and cuisines. As a host family, you will become part of the worldwide FTW family, a leader an international student you are providing an opportunity for community and school outreach and can impact the lives of those around you.
